Free activities for families and children at venues in the Cultural Quarter on Saturday 9th October. Come and join our team to build your very own paper model to place on our city map. Our team of professionals will be on hand with help and advice. Drop in to LCB Depot for 5 minutes, or stay for the whole session, it’s completely up to you – and how intricate your design is! There’s no need to book your tickets if you just fancy popping along on the day between 12pm and 3pm, but we’d love to know in advance if you’re thinking of joining us. There’s no age limit on playing and exploring so all are welcome to come along and get creative. Teams are also welcome, but remember to bring your own adult – no unaccompanied children, please.
Other free, drop-in, no-need-to-book, Cultural Quarter Earlies family activities are happening at the creative family day at LCB Depot (12-4pm, den building, Minecraft), and nearby at 2 Queens (12-4pm, giant drawings), Curve (tbc), Leicester LoFi Photography (10am-4pm, pinhole cameras), and Leicester Print Workshop (12-4pm), with rickshaw rides between the venues!
A Leicestershire & Rutland Society of Architects Love Architecture event.
